Lorne advises successful entrepreneurs and families nationwide in the uses of insurance for estate, business and philanthropy planning. He is also the author of the book series, the Most Important Thing I Know; Founder of Kindmark, a leading developer of philanthropy software; Chairman and Co-Founder of Social Venture Partners Rhode Island and a graduate of Harvard Business School and the University of Rhode Island.
Dean Esserman
An expert in community policing, Dean Esserman’s innovative approaches had revolutionized law enforcement since the late 1970’s. A protégé of William J. Bratton and Lee P. Brown, both former New York City chiefs who have turned around police departments across the country – Esserman had applied the community-policing model as Assistant Chief in New Haven, Conn. and as Chief in Stamford, Conn.
Saul Kaplan
Saul Kaplan is the founder and Chief Catalyst of the Business Innovation Factory. He also is the chair of the non-profit’s Board of Directors. Kaplan started BIF in 2005 with a mission to enable collaborative innovation. The non-profit is creating a real world laboratory for innovators to explore and test new business models and system level solutions in areas of high social importance including health care, education, energy independence, public safety, and quality of life.
Arthur Klein
Arthur Klein is senior vice president and chief physician officer at Lifespan and associate dean for strategic and special projects for Brown Medical School. Prior to joining Lifespan, Klein was executive vice president and chief operating officer at New York Presbyterian Healthcare System and a professor of clinical pediatrics and clinical public health at Weill Medical College at Cornell University.

Christopher Meyer is Chief Executive of Monitor Networks, a new addition to The Monitor Group. Located in Cambridge, Massachusetts, Monitor Group is a family of professional service firms comprising management consulting, financial services, and capital and advisory services. Monitor Networks is a "human capital intermediary," providing Monitor and its clients access to leading thinkers in business and science, and offering these individuals attractive opportunities.
Michael Samuelson
Mr. Samuelson oversees all of BCBSRI's health and wellness initiatives and is currently developing a comprehensive business plan for the BCBSRI BluePrint for Life programs (i.e., Walk RI, Teen Smoking Cessation, and Diabetes Management). He is an accomplished author in the area of behavior change and healthcare advocacy. He has been featured on more than 200 television and radio programs, as well as in Newsweek, USA Today, and The Wall Street Journal.
Don Stanford
As a recently retired employee and GTECH Holdings Fellow, Don Stanford advises the GTECH Holdings Corporation in the areas of future technologies and architectures that may be of value to the Company's future growth strategies. A 23-year veteran of the lottery industry, Don also shares valuable insights into opportunities and strategies for the Company's core business.
Rob Taylor
Rob Taylor is a partner in the law firm of Partridge Snow and Hahn. Mr. Taylor has almost 20 years of experience in litigation and arbitration proceedings around the country. He also counsels clients on antitrust, unfair competition and other trade regulation issues. He received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Georgetown University Law Center and his B.A., cum laude, from Yale University. He is admitted to practice law in Rhode Island, Connecticut and the District of Columbia.
Alice Wilder
As the Director of Research and Development and Producer/writer for Nick Jr.’s break-out preschool series Blue’s Clues, Alice Wilder as part of the creative team is responsible for all content and creative decisions related to every aspect of the series. She conducts all of the formative research used in the creation and ongoing production of the series, and all of its ancillary businesses including publishing, online, magazine, consumer products and special events. She is also one of the Developers of Blue’s Room, a literacy-based spin-off of Blue’s Clues.
